Empowering Local Non-profits to Scale Their Impact
The Problem
Non-profits focused on SDoH interventions face significant challenges when it comes to serving remote or underserved areas. Limited resources, logistical barriers, and the need for specialized solutions like mobile food clinics often hinder their ability to fully realize their mission. Without the right tools and guidance, vital programs can waste resources and fall short in reaching those who need them most.
Missing Out on Funding?
Without the reimbursements to come with healthcare services, pure community service programs are reliant on grant dollars, and securing funding is crucial to expanding care.
Rather than asking "What do I do about more funding?" the question you could ask is, "Who can I partner with who significantly strengthens all my applications?" and can point the way to funding sources.
We are here to guide you
At Mission Mobile Medical, we understand the unique demands of non-healthcare programs and how they can use mobile programming to accomplish their objectives. Whether you’re delivering food, education, care navigation, or simply community support, our team has the expertise to help you expand your footprint and make a greater impact.
What is the Process?
Our Program Development team can easily determine if it makes sense to integrate Mission Mobile Medical systems into your services. We follow the familiar SOAP note framework -
Subjective: A quick call for introductions, where we listen and learn the basics of your program.
Objective: You provide measurable, observable donor data to plug into our financial models (population, interventions, funding options, etc.)
Assessment: We analyze the data to form a fact-based opinion about potential programming impact.
Plan: We present a program strategy, with systems, people, equipment, and timelines.
